I started Dowell Plumbing to give Adelaide homeowners a better experience—skilled work, straightforward advice and a team they feel comfortable welcoming into their home.
After years in the industry, I’d seen how frustrating poor communication and rushed workmanship could be. Customers deserved to understand the problem, know their options and feel confident about the work they were paying for.
As a third-generation plumber, pride in the trade runs in my family. My grandfather worked as a gas heating engineer and passed down values that still guide me today: be honest, take care in your work and keep your word.
Dowell isn’t named after a marketing idea or catchy slogan. It’s my family name. Putting it on every van means every job reflects my reputation and the standards I expect from myself and my team. When we leave your property, I want you to feel confident that you chose the right company.
